Life Navigation Network Project Inc. (“LNNP”, “we”, “our”, or “the platform”) is an educational and systems literacy resource.

Any outcomes experienced by users are the result of their own actions, decisions, and external factors beyond LNNP’s control.

* review, verify, or assess your situation or materials
*engage in one on one communications about experiences, organizations, people, or entities.
* provide personalized case management
All actions taken based on LNNP content are solely the responsibility of the user.
4. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All content provided through LNNP is for educational and informational purposes only.
LNNP does not provide:
* legal advice
* medical advice
* financial advice
* professional or licensed services of any kind
Users are responsible for seeking qualified professionals where appropriate.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITY
By using LNNP, you acknowledge and agree that:

LNNP may offer tools that allow users to identify others with similar experiences (“Experience Matching”).
Participation is only available to those who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions, is strictly voluntary and requires express written consent at each step of the “experience matching” process.
LNNP:
* does not verify user identities, claims, or submissions
* does not investigate, validate, or assess accuracy of information provided
* does not recommend, endorse, or facilitate specific connections
If users choose to connect:
* it is done entirely at their own discretion
* LNNP is not involved in, responsible for, or aware of the nature of those interactions
LNNP assumes no liability for:
* user-to-user communication
* meetings, relationships, or outcomes resulting from connections
7. USER SUBMISSIONS
Any information submitted to LNNP:
* is not reviewed for accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness
* is not monitored for quality or legitimacy
* is used only for the limited purpose of enabling platform functionality (such as matching, only where consent is given and confirmed)
Users are solely responsible for the content they provide.
8. NO DUTY OF CARE
Use of LNNP does not create any duty of care, supervision obligation, or monitoring responsibility.
LNNP:
*does not monitor user activity, submissions, or communications on a real-time or ongoing basis
*does not review or assess content for risk, including situations involving personal safety, crisis, or self-harm
*does not provide crisis response, emergency services, or intervention of any kind
*does not have the capacity to identify, escalate, or report emergency situations
Due to the nature of the platform, including volunteer-based operation and asynchronous engagement, users must not rely on LNNP for support in urgent, distressing, or crisis situations.
If you are experiencing distress, thoughts of self-harm, or any situation involving immediate risk to yourself or others, you are solely responsible for seeking appropriate help from qualified professionals or emergency services in your jurisdiction.
By using LNNP, you acknowledge and agree that:

*LNNP is not responsible for identifying or responding to high-risk situations
*any content you submit may not be reviewed or responded to
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LNNP is not liable for:

* missed opportunities or unsuccessful outcomes
* interactions between users
* missed communications
*user inability to action issues
* reliance on any information provided through the platform
